Yes! Our Free tier is free forever — no credit card required. You get up to 3 team members, 20 responses per month, and full access to the drag-and-drop form builder. Upgrade anytime if you need more capacity.
Each plan includes a monthly response allowance that resets at the start of every calendar month (UTC). For example, the Pro plan includes 500 responses per month. If you hit your limit, new submissions are paused until your allowance resets — or you can upgrade your plan instantly.
On the Pro plan you can customize the URL path for each form. On the Premium plan you can also configure a branded Formspace subdomain (e.g. my-company.forms.space) so every form feels like a native part of your brand.
Formspace supports Google, Microsoft, email-based one-time passwords, and passkeys for respondent authentication. You can configure which methods are available per form, and identity verification is built in to prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce bot submissions, and our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare’s global network. File uploads are scanned and stored securely in isolated storage buckets.
Yes. Every plan supports team collaboration with role-based access control. Invite team members as owners, admins, or members. Owners and admins can manage settings, billing, and forms, while members can create and edit forms and view responses.
Your forms and response data are never deleted when you change plans. If you downgrade, features specific to higher tiers (like custom domains or branding removal) will be disabled, but all your data remains intact and accessible. You can always upgrade again to restore those features.
