Each plan includes a monthly response allowance that resets at the start of every calendar month (UTC). For example, Pro includes 500 responses per month. The dashboard warns you as usage approaches the allowance; submissions pause only at the plan's enforced cap unless you upgrade.

Yes. On Pro you can customize the path for each form. On Premium you can also choose a branded Formspace subdomain, such as my-company.forms.space, without configuring customer-owned DNS.

Formspace supports Google, Microsoft, email-based one-time passwords, and passkeys for respondent authentication. Organization access can restrict a form by Microsoft tenant, Google Workspace domain, or selected email domains, and optional duplicate prevention can limit repeat submissions.

Product data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Anonymous public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse, team access is role-based, and uploaded files stay connected to the relevant submission for authorized review.

Yes. Every plan supports team collaboration with role-based access control. Invite team members as owners, admins, or members. Owners and admins can manage settings, billing, and forms, while members can create and edit forms and view responses.

Your forms and response data are never deleted when you change plans. If you downgrade, features specific to higher tiers, such as branded Formspace subdomains or branding removal, will be disabled, but your data remains accessible. You can upgrade again to restore those features.

Yes. Formspace supports inline embeds, popups, sliders, and floating widgets, with options for dynamic height and close-on-submit behavior. Every published form also gets a responsive shareable link.
